Our 'In Stock' items are readily available in our warehouse for quick checking and dispatch, usually on the same day. Items labeled as 'Online Exclusive' are directly sent from our trusted suppliers. Place your order before 2pm on weekdays for our express shipping option, which prioritizes your order in our queue. Our dedicated team processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If you require any customizations or upgrades, please allow our team an additional 1-2 working days to perform these services and conduct quality assurance testing. For priority shipping, your tracking link is sent to you upon dispatch, and complete tracking details, including your estimated delivery date, should be available the following day. We utilize reliable services such as DPD and Parcel Force for UK orders, and DHL for European orders. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Your order is considered accepted when we send a dispatch email, and your statutory rights become effective from this date. Should you encounter any issues upon receiving your order or need to report any damage, kindly take photos of the order and all associated packaging, and forward them to our customer service email. For damaged items, please notify us within two days of receiving the goods.
